By accessing or using Clipathon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid invite code to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: unauthorized distribution of clipped content, circumventing content protections, or violating streamer-set restrictions.
Streamers retain all rights to their live stream content. Clips created through the platform are subject to streamer approval and content policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion.
Clips are subject to automatic retention policies. Expired clips may be permanently deleted from our storage systems.
Clipathon is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
